I’m Harivansh. For fifteen years I’ve been the engineer who has to be right when it matters: twelve industries, from payments to freight to the operating theatre, on systems where a wrong call was measured in real money.
Two of those systems were my own: founded, funded, and built end to end, and one of them wound down with my own money on the line. On other people’s systems I have hired engineers, including my own successor, chosen the vendors, carried the pager, and answered to the people whose capital was at stake. Owners hire me because I have sat on both sides of that table.
Today I work alone and independent. No dev shop behind me, no reseller margins, no referral fees. What I sell is judgment, kept clear of anyone else’s incentives, because that is the only way judgment stays worth buying.

Mornings overlap with the Gulf, afternoons with Europe. I travel for kick-offs and debriefs; everything between happens in writing, where judgment holds up best.
